Yes. There is a free trial: 250 credits, no card, for 14 days — build an agent and try it out. After that you pick a plan or a credit pack, paid by card right in your dashboard. You are only charged when you confirm — there are no automatic renewals.

A credit is the platform’s unit of spend — one budget for everything. Your plan package pays for all the work: agent replies to your customers, image and video generation, speech synthesis and recognition, montage, the assistants and the Conductor. The amount depends on the work: a short reply on an economy model costs one credit, a flagship reply costs a few, a second of premium video costs dozens. The balance and the breakdown by kind of work are visible in your dashboard.

Work pauses, but nothing is deleted or lost. You see it in the Subscription section — with the remaining balance and a spending breakdown; your own customer simply stops getting replies, without being told anything about your plan. You can top up a credit pack or move to the next plan; plan credits refresh at the start of the new month. There is also a safeguard against burning through them too fast: no more than 40% of the monthly package is spent in any 7 days in a row. If that allowance is used up, agent replies to your customers keep working, while generation, live voice and the assistants wait — the allowance recovers a little every day.

Service credentials and tokens are encrypted (AES-256), each customer’s data is isolated in their own workspace, and every agent run is logged. Request texts are processed by an external LLM provider.
